Beef Boxes

Our Hereford In The Dales beef is supplied in 10kg boxes and delivered to your door. Our Herefords are reared slowly and finished on the natural meadow grasses of the Dales. We believe this type of grazing, together with the breed’s natural marbling traits, gives the beef a unique flavour.

In the 10kg boxes are a variety of cuts, to include, Rib Eye, Fillet, Rump, Sirloin, Stewing and Braising Steak, Best Roasting Joint, Pot Roast, Mince, Burgers.
